Return & Refund

1. You can claim a refund if you get a

(a) Defective product

(b) Damaged product

(c) Product which has no similarity with the product shown in the website.


2. To claim the refund, you have to follow the following process

(a) Within 3 days of receipt of the product, log one complaint in the website through contact us form. Do select the category as complaint. Mention your order number.

(b) You will get a return mail within one working day. In the mail you will get the address for returning the item. Please pack the item as it was at the time of receiving. Do mention the order ID on the package.

(c) We will try our best to pick up the product from your site. We will inform you about the logistics agency who will pick up the product. In case it is not possible, we will intimate you about the condition. In that case, you have to courier the item to the address mentioned in the email. Do include the mytradition invoice & the original receipt of courier charges. Please ensure that the product is unused.

(d) You have to reply to the previous email with the tracking ID and the name of the courier service.

(e) After receiving the defective item, we will refund the total order amount. We will reimburse your shipping charges too in case you have to courier it at your own cost.



Mytradition does not offer any replacement or exchange of items, once ordered.
